The Birundu 2027 campaign respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the Join, Request and chat forms: name, phone number, ward/village, and your message.
- Basic technical logs (IP address) used only to block spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request or invitation.
- To keep you informed about the campaign, if you agreed to be contacted.
How we protect it
- Phone numbers, emails and messages are encrypted in our database.
- Only authorised campaign staff can see them, numbers stay masked by default, and every access is logged.
- We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or stop contacting you at any time — use the request form or WhatsApp and say "delete my data" or "STOP".
